SENIOR DEBT

Raising money is never easy, especially when you need it. Today there is a wide variety of terms and structures available from different senior lenders. Periculum’s objective is to both uncover untargeted senior lenders and, through marketing efforts, encourage pricing tension amongst lenders to secure the best possible terms for our clients.

Periculum is constantly in the market for capital, and we know who is looking for business and who is not. We also know that your needs are unique, so we work carefully to craft a debt transaction and a relationship with a lender that fits with your objectives.

Periculum’s experience includes basic refinancings, acquisition financings, dividend recapitalizations, turnaround financings, and management buyout financings.

The subordinated debt market changes even more rapidly than the senior lending market. REGULATION D OFFERINGS

Periculum has a great deal of experience providing early-stage advisory and fundraising services to highly opportunistic companies we believe have the potential to develop entirely new markets or significantly disrupt legacy markets.

Early-stage, or seed-stage, financings take the form of the Regulation D offerings whereby unregistered securities are sold to institutional or accredited individual investors.
