We begin with an assessment of company value and the competitive environment
in which management is wanting to gain control. Then we negotiate
the offer, arrange senior debt, and bring in additional lenders and investors
when needed. Finally, we bring all the parties together to close the
deal. Periculum will continue to assist management beyond closing, as
needed, helping guide the company toward its new horizon. Periculum will
