Prior to joining Periculum, Mr. Flynn graduated from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA in the spring of 2006.  He completed his B.S. degree with a double major in Business Administration and Psychology.    At Washington and Lee, Mr. Flynn was a member of the varsity basketball team.  He joins the firm with various responsibilities including industry research, corporate valuations, and mergers and acquisitions.
