Periculum Capital Company, LLC is pleased to announce the acquisition of Pittsburg Tank & Tower Company, Elevated Tank Division, Inc. (“Pittsburg”) by Phoenix Fabricators and Erectors, Inc (“Phoenix”). Periculum served as Phoenix’s exclusive financial advisor during the transaction.

Phoenix is a full turnkey producer of elevated steel water tanks, with customers in approximately thirty states. Late last year, Phoenix identified a potential acquisition target which would allow the company to expand its geographic presence, diversify its product and service offerings, and expand into different customer markets. After deciding to pursue the acquisition, Phoenix retained Periculum to help determine the transaction’s feasibility, value the target, and negotiate the deal. Periculum also advised the company on how to restructure its balance sheet prior to the transaction. Phoenix is now positioned as one of the largest companies in its market, with a comprehensive product offering and a national presence.
