Mr. Black is a Director of Periculum Capital Company, LLC, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital raise (both debt and equity) and corporate restructurings.

Prior to joining Periculum, Mr. Black was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of American Commercial Lines Inc. (Nasdaq:ACLI), a $1 Billion transportation and manufacturing company. While at American Commercial, Mr. Black was instrumental in taking the company public and raising over $1 Billion of debt and equity financing.

Prior to American Commercial Lines, Mr. Black was Vice President and Treasurer of Wabash National Corporation (NYSE:WNC), a $1 Billion transportation manufacturing company. During his tenure, Mr. Black led a successful financial restructuring effort involving over $500 million in debt and equity.

Prior to Wabash National, Mr. Black spent twelve years in corporate banking. Mr. Black received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Wabash College and his MBA in Finance from Indiana State University.
