Periculum Hires Fritz J. Schutte, Director.

Periculum Capital Company, LLC is pleased to announce that Mr. Fritz Schutte has joined the firm as a Director of Debt Placement, effective September 1, 2007. Mr. Schutte’s role with Periculum will be to assist clients with capital structure and financing related projects using all available aspects of the debt capital markets.

Mr. Schutte has been the Corporate Treasurer of Wabash National Corporation headquartered in Lafayette, Indiana (NYSE: WNC) responsible for all banking and risk management activities. Wabash is the leading manufacturer of semi truck trailers in North America. Mr. Schutte joined Wabash in 2002 and participated in the complete recapitalization of the Company which positioned Wabash for a return to profitability and future growth.
Prior to joining Wabash, Mr. Schutte was the Assistant Treasurer of Central States Enterprises, Inc., a privately owned grain origination and transportation company headquartered in Orlando, Florida with operations in Indiana and Florida.
In addition to his corporate finance and risk management knowledge, Mr. Schutte brings almost 10 years of commercial banking experience as a large corporate and middle market lender for Suntrust Bank and JPMorgan Chase f/k/a Bank One.
Mr. Schutte received his BS in Agricultural Economics/Finance from Purdue University and is a Certified Treasury Professional.
