The owners of Print Communications, Inc. made the decision to bring on a financial partner to continue to grow the business and selected Periculum to source the partner and negotiate the transaction.
PCI is a fully integrated, web-press commercial printer located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Although the commercial printing industry has experienced significant contraction over the past seven years, PCI had positioned itself as a market leader. Periculum effectively highlighted and presented the strengths of PCI’s core business model to many strategic and financial parties. Periculum was able to guide the transaction to a successful close with Stonehenge Partners, a private equity firm based in Columbus, Ohio.
